This ugly son of a....another scorpion was found..and killed, I might add... in the comfort of MY OWN HOME! He was the first of three (so far) to have chosen our home to crawl into to escape the heat! Needless to say the third one we found we found on Lance's shirt...after it had stung the pregnant lady twice in the back of the leg (how many of you can say you got stung by a scorpion and lived to tell about it :) Luckily it was a baby one and thankfully this species are not poisonous...but still does he look like something you would want getting remotely close to you? Or your toddler? Or your HOUSE?!!!!!
Stupid Texas!
P.S. We are getting our apartment sprayed Monday...

Your Dad and I agree--that is one ugly looking BUG. We're glad they're getting rid of any more that might be lurking in the closet. (Just don't breathe in any of those fumes.)
YIKES! that is a nasty looking critter! I can only imagine that getting stung by one must be pretty painful!
that is pretty scary! I think i would freck out if i saw a scorpion. you are pretty brave!
if i saw even one scorpion i think that i'd not only move but move somewhere that doesn't even have scorpions. that is shocking!
