I can't believe January is finally here. I knew time would fly by during the holidays and I was right. The holidays are over and I'm now stressing over the fact that I'm due to have this baby in
3 weeks!!!
I'm getting into the nesting mode, as I have been my whole life, and getting things ready for the new addition to our family. This week has been spent washing newborn clothes, sterilizing bottles and pacifiers, touring the hospital, my weekly doctor appointment, visualizing where in the world we are going to put child #2, and wondering what in the world I should be stocking up on... thanks for the tips, Lis.
I'm at the point where I am looking forward to NOT being pregnant, being able to bend down and tie my own shoes, being able to squeeze through tight spots again, picking up Beth's toys without feeling like I'm bending my baby in half, and fitting in to something other than maternity clothes. I really can't complain about my pregnancies because they are so smooth but you get to a point where you are sick of being FAT!!
Our plan is to go ahead with the VBAC delivery and therefor we are nervous and antsy for the contractions to start. Because I have a scar that could rupture I have to be monitored during my whole labor to make sure everything goes smoothly. Seeing as how I don't even now what a contraction feels like I am nervous to go through the whole "labor" thing for the first time. Let's hope things go smoothly...

Rach I don't really even know what a contraction feels like, so can't help you there. Good luck I can't believe you are almost going to have baby #2! We can't wait to hear about the labor and see the pictures of the baby! I hope all goes well with the v-bac! for both yours and lances sake!
I hope all goes well, Rach. I'm thinking of you and checking everyday for those updates! Good luck with the VBAC. Yes, those last few weeks can drag on and on... Just enjoy your time with Beth. I miss my time with Hailey...
I can't wait for you to have another little girl! I hope everything goes well with the VBAC. You'll have to let me know all about it. We're trying to decide if we're going to have one with this next baby. Was it a tough decision to make? We need to talk sometime. Good luck!
