Catching Up...

When I don't blog for a while I feel like I have SO much to catch up on... and so I put it off longer and get more behind. This is probably why I don't scrapbook. So these past three weeks have been a blur (kind of) and every time something happens I think, "Oh I should blog that"... and then I don't. So instead of never blogging any of it here are a few things I thought I should share...

1- I want to know why my 2 year old knows how to eject a video from the VCR, put it away in the cupboard, get out a new one from the case, and put it into the VCR THE RIGHT WAY... but can't go pee in the potty????
What am I doing wrong here? I obviously have been a little lenient with the movies these past 3 weeks but this is ridiculous!

2- How many of you have nursed at the Alamo among the tourists? I HAVE!

3- I wanted to wish my 96 year old Grandma Taylor a Happy Birthday on the 14th of February! Still kickin' strong... and probably will out live us all!

4- I also wanted to bear my short testimony about fast and offerings. We have been wondering how we were going to get out of our lease this summer, put a down payment on another place for the summer, afford food, living, and tuition when Lance received an email informing him that he has been awarded $2500 for academic achievement and need for this semester! WOW!
Thank you Heavenly Father!!!

5- I know you all want more pictures of the baby... I will get on that and post them shortly. As of now Lance takes a couple pictures of her each day, but they are always at night when she is ready for bed and they are not very flattering. Oh...and she has officially entered the baby acne stage... that of course doesn't mean she isn't just as precious and adorable as ever!!

I was so happy to finally see that our camera had a feature to take pictures without anyone pushing the button! We were finally able to take a family picture, and one that we all look pretty decent in... which is a feat when there is a toddler in the mix! Izzy is still working on her photo face...This was taken on Valentines Day.

Cute picture! I love the red background wall--so fitting for a V-day picture! Oh and today is one of those days that i would FexEx our Wee sing video to you. TOO MUCH of it these past few days! fortunately my mom is bringing another one down on Sunday when she comes for my cousin's mission homecoming.

I have always loved Valentines Day too.

Looks like you're getting back on your feet a little bit! You look great and it was fun to catch-up. I'm thinking about ya!
