I Think We Are There!

As of a week ago Izzy has decided she wants to skip her early morning feeding and sleep until 8am!! This means that my 2 month old is "sleeping thru the night" according to my schedule. We put her down around 11-12 pm and she will sleep until 8-9 am! It's great! She even goes back to sleep after that feeding until 11 am. I can't begin to tell y'all how happy and blessed I feel to have a healthy happy baby, who is a good eater (12 lbs.!) and a good sleeper. I guess she was told in heaven that if she wanted to come down to our family she was going to have to learn how to sleep in. As most of you know we are NOT morning people (Lance would like to NOT be included in that statement) and will do about anything to sleep in. I can only hope this schedule keeps up.

I'm glad your little "chink-o-muffin" is giving a a break now, after only two months! :) I love the picture, too.

Okay, um, just a clarification, I meant "chunk-o-muffin" not "chink-o-muffin." Note to self: edit before posting--comments are irretractable.

Oh I hear you loud and clear! We are not morning people here either! Although I have dragged Nathan to the dark side and he does sleep in past 8am now! I am so glad to hear that Izzy got the memo that sleeping in is a GOOD thing! All of Tanner's little friends are up by 7:30am....and then there is him. He sleeps in till 9, 9:30, and sometimes even 10am! Love it!!!

What a doll your little "chink'o muffin" is!! I LOVE the pics, but boy do they make me want to see, hold, and smooch her! I really miss you being only 90 miles away--and you will too when the thermometer starts rising...
Love ya,
Mom

I am not a morning person either!!! But sadly Lincoln is. I am trying to convince him of my ways. ha ha. Have I ever told you that I think your kids are adorable! I am biased towards dark haired little girls, because I used to be one. They are so cute!
