Be careful what you ask for...

Lance and I were called to the nursery at church a few months ago... some of you may remember my mourning post. It was quite hectic and a challenge the first three months, when there was 27 kids running around. After January 17 of those little spirits when off to Sunbeams, my own little one included. Now there are just 10 younger children, who are for the most part quiet, nice, and don't need to be taken to the potty 3 times an hour....
There are 6 adults and 10 kids.... and snacks :)
Life isn't too bad...

UNTIL

you get called to be the new compassionate service leader in a ward that services 4-5 meals a week, has elderly and home bound needs, numerous expectant mothers, and had such a load that there are currently 3 compassionate leaders serving... oh by the way 1 of those leaders is moving and the other one isn't "active" at the moment.
Saddle Up, Rach!

Suddenly nursery isn't looking to bad.

P.S. Lance got called as a cub scout leader...

I swear that is always how callings work... Once you get comfortable they switch things up!

I love our compassionate service leader. She is so positive and is willing to help and organize help without complaining. What a great calling.
