The other day at our friends house we were watching their kids while they attended the temple.
Bethany and Gavin (age 2) are best friends and LOVE to play with each other.
After Melissa and Leif left Beth was asking Lance where they went. He told her they had gone to the temple... where she knows we get married.
She forgot about it for a while but a few hours later I over heard this...
Beth: Guess what Gavi? We can get married.
Gavin: (Looks at her like he has no idea what she is talking about)
Beth: (With a look of shear delight on her face)
We can get married because you are a boy and I am a girl.
Let's get married- ok?
Ahh....young love!

It's amazing how quickly little girls understand this concept!! Halle likes to wear a "veil" and call herself a bride. Crazy thing is, I never taught her that. Where do they get it from?!
I know I always say this, but your girls are gorgeous. Even Boyd, who isn't a big swooner over other people's kids, says he thinks you have adorable girls.
Oh, they would make such a cute couple! (But isn't Bethany already promised to Preston? Sure, he's not potty-trained yet, but we can work on that one...or Beth can potty-train him, after the wedding.)
