(Some of you may have noticed that I keep using this picture for Lance and I... it's a rare thing when you actually get a picture of the both of you WITHOUT the kids )
This past Monday, May 11th, Lance and I "celebrated" our 5th anniversary.
After finals were done (YEA!!) we were able to enjoy a night out with dinner and a movie (Star Trek).
After 5 years of being married I look back and wonder where the time has gone. I can't believe we have 2 children, have been graduated from high school for 10 years, Lance now has an engineering degree and a law degree, and we are planning on living in Austin for a few more years. My how time flies...
Lance found the perfect card for me this year. If you can see it it has a couple sitting on the couch with a bowl of popcorn. Those of you who know me know that this hits home perfectly. It says "My favorite time of day...is the time I share with you."
Of course the rest is for my eyes only :)
So here's a little shout out to my darling Lance...
Happy Anniversary...
Here's to another 5 years of "bliss"
...and everything that comes with that :)
Love you

Happy Anniversary!
Can I just tell you that my eyes welled up at the mention of....popcorn? :-) It warms my heart to know that others in our dear family share a passion for it. My how I am craving it these days. Some wonderful, homemade "Taylor popcorn." OK totally random tangent on a very sweet blog post. Sorry to detract from the feeling. I hear you, when you look at how long you've been married and how much has happened during that time, it is crazy!
