Does anyone have a good recommendation for a book?
After finishing The Hunger Games series I've been on the hunt.
(No pun intended there :)
The weather has cooled down, for how long I don't know, but
it calls for a good book and a lawn chair.
I have the chair.
I NEED the book.
Please send me a recommendation.
Thanks a bunch.

I am in the exact same situation as you... let me know if you find anything.
I've been reading the Jeeves books by P.G. Wodehouse. It's a hilarious series about a Brit and his butler (well, "valet", technically). I started with "Right Ho, Jeeves" on audiobook.
I really love Alexander McCall Smith. I would start with the No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency(which has 11 maybe 12 volumes), but I've really enjoyed all of his series! He has a few stand alone novels too. You'll have to find something that grabs you though, after I finished the Hunger Games nothing was exciting enough for me for awhile! I'm better now. :)
Have you read "The Help" ? I loved that one. That was the last novel I sat down and read.....which unfortunately was back in June!
"Jeeves" is fabulous, yes. My sisters are hounding me to read the "Voice in the Wind" series. I think it's 3 books, maybe 4, but they love them. I'm currently reading "The Story of Edgar Sawtell." It's intriguing. I'll let you know if I like it.
