I'm embarrassed to see that it has been many weeks since I last posted.
My excuse is that I'm still in Utah and have been lazy and have NOT taken pictures of any of the fun things we have done. And let's be honest... what's a post without pictures???
So far this summer we have had the opportunity to:
* First and foremost get the BAR out of the way!!!
* I took Beth to her first play at Rodgers Memorial Theater (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat)
*We attended the Oquirrh Mountain Temple Openhouse (Beth was thrilled to finally get to go IN a temple... Izzy just wanted to play in the font)
* My mom and I took the girls to a little 24th of July parade in Cottonwood Heights and then enjoyed the fireworks later that night (sadly Lance was not in Utah yet)
*I spent a LOVELY day with my dear friend Ann at her house catching up
* I actually pulled off another Taylor family dinner (both my girls got sick that night and threw up either in the car on the way to the park or at the park...)
* Lance and I went through the temple with his sister, Adria
*I got to go to lunch with my dear roommates, Jamie and Leah
*We spent a great weekend with Jen and her family... our girls' only cousins!
* I tried waterskiing again for the first time in a while... and have never been so sore in my life!!
* We took our annual trip to Jackson Hole, WY with my family... hence these beatiful pictures taken by my dad. We left Izzy home with Grandma J. so as to enjoy our trip and protect her life... she's a bit too curious to tackle camping at this point.

Yellowstone Family Pix
These next few weeks we have Lance's birthday to celebrate, Logan to visit on our "romantic overnighter", the Utah State Fair, more friends to see and catch up with, Beth's 4th birthday to plan, and of course what would a trip to Utah be without a few dentist appointments thrown in there.
Hope your summer has been a good one. We are taking advantage of the cooler weather and actually sleeping with the window's open (gasp!)

that picture of you guys is absolutely perfect!!! (minus Izzy, of course). LOVE it! are you already gone to your "romantic overnighter?" Leif is not gonna make it this weekend. so we'll just have to meet up sometime on Saturday to exchange children and tears. :) expect a call soon.
I love that picture at Yellowstone! One of my favorite places...
Sorry we haven't seen you yet! That one weekend we just weren't there long enough. When are you leaving? Are we going to get to see you before? If you want to plan something, we will totally come down. Just don't leave yet!!
Rach,
I haven't posted in three months, so I am impressed with the update. I love that picture of you guys in Yellowstone! We can't wait to see you soon!
Your family has been VERY busy! I adore that family picture. You are such a cute family. It was so fun to get out with you and Lance. I can't begin to tell you how much I needed that - a night out with Boyd, tons of laughs with you, and the realization that Lance is still a USU Aggie fan. Thanks so much!
I went wakeboarding once and had never been so sore in my entire life. My hands and arms hurt whenever I moved them.
Looks like a fun summer, and that is such a cute family picture. :)
